Returning a product to DataPro is easy - just email or call our Sales department!
You will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which can be used to return your merchandise. If you have a defective product, we are happy to replace or repair it under the terms of our warranty.
Non-defective returns are granted under the following conditions:
We are not able to offer credits, refunds, or exchanges for custom-built or special order items.
- Full refund if RMA is requested within 10 business days of delivery.
- If an RMA is requested 11 to 30 days after delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Alternately, we can offer an exchange or store credit of equal value.
- Once authorized, returns must be shipped to DataPro within 30 days.
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded for non-defective merchandise.
Non-defective products must be returned in "as-new" condition, including all manuals, accessories, and packaging.
The warranty period for cables and manual switches is five years. All other products carry a warranty of one year.
DataPro does not warranty any product which has been modified in any way by the customer. This includes external modifications to Rugged Cases (Pelican et al.) made by DataPro at the customer's request. DataPro is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from any modifications.

Technical support is limited to products purchased from DataPro. We may request an order number or invoice number to confirm purchase history. Please have any applicable documentation, part numbers, or order information handy.
