Dell has beaten Samsung in the race to bring DisplayPort monitors to market. Dell's UltraSharp 3008WFP has arrived.
Now that Dell's DisplayPort-touting displays are available for purchase, the final specs have been revealed:
- 30" widescreen 16:10 LCD
- 2560x1600 WQXGA native resolution
- 3000:1 contrast ratio
- 370 cd/m2 brightness
- 8ms response time

In addition to DisplayPort, the 3008WFP also connects to DVI, HDMI, VGA, component video, and s-video sources, making it ones of the most versatile displays available.
