The DataPro 2442 series of data switches
is a manual, rotary knob type data switch
with Break-Before-Make type switch.
This data switch is normally used to allow
several USB hosts (usually computers) to
share one USB device, such as a printer,
scanner or camera.

These switches are housed in a durable
metal box and are fully shielded.
The common connector is USB type 'A',
the port connectors are USB type 'B'.
This device is USB 1.1 compliant.
