To cover the most precise and demanding customer needs, our manufacturing capabilities cover a wide range of front panel customization, designed and machine-cut to your exact specifications. In addition to 1U through 4U rack panels, we stock sheet aluminum and laminated impact acrylic, allowing fully-customizable front panels up to 12x36 inches (see below for available materials and finishes). Aluminum offers the strength of steel without the cost or weight, and is ideal for rugged and harsh environments. Acrylic is non-conductive, extremely lightweight, and is multi-ply for clean, high-contrast engraving.

With our extensive cable selection and years of machining experience, we can build a unique frontpanel solution for any kind of mounting scenario, including:
