The DataPro 1031 series cable is a
9-conductor RS232 serial modem cable.
The CPU end of the cable is a DB09F
(socket) connector; the modem end is
a DB25M (plug) connector.
This cable is designed for RS232
Asynchronous serial data transfer.
The DB09F connector is the most common
COM port (RS232) connector used on PCs
and laptops today.
