The DataPro 9229 series Computer
Power Adaptor Cable is used to
adapt a PC power cable to be
plugged into the "piggyback" power
outlet typically found on the back
of a personal computer.
With this adaptor, a monitor which
has a built-in power cable designed
to be plugged into a (US) 110-volt
wall outlet can be plugged instead into
the auxiliary power outlet on a computer.
The CPU side has a 3-prong "PC" power
type bevelled connector; the wall outlet
end has a US type 110-volt outlet receptacle.
Both ends are 3-prong to provide
maximum grounding.
