We are pleased to offer simple, flat-rate shipping on orders placed through our website. If you are ordering from a quote by our sales team, unfortunately these flat-rates do not apply.

Orders placed before 12:00 noon PST ship out same day!

Express orders placed before 2:00pm PST also generally ship out same day.

Depending on our volume, orders placed after 2:00pm PST may not ship until the following day.

Domestic Shipping - USA

We proudly offer the following methods of shipment to the continental US:
  • Next Day Air (RED)
    For top-priority shipments, you can receive your order before 12:00 noon the following business day.
  • 2nd Day Air (BLUE)
    For high-priority orders, ship to arrive by the end of the second business day.
  • 3rd Day Air (ORANGE)
    For day-definite orders that are less immediate, we offer delivery on the third business day.
  • Ground (BROWN)
    For low-cost shipping of non-priority orders, you can have nation-wide delivery within five business days. The following map provides shipping zones and approximate speeds (one day per zone).

For customers in Alaska and Hawaii:
For extremely urgent shipments, select Next Day Air (RED). Otherwise, select 2nd Day Air (BLUE). 3rd Day Air and Ground are currently not available.

Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are about 20% higher than continentally, so we are unable to offer the same flat-rate shipping costs.

Canada Shipping

We proudly offer the following methods of shipment to Canada:
  • Canada Express
    For top-priority shipments; you can usually receive your order in 2 business days.*
  • Canada Economy
    For high-priority orders, a less expensive alternative for delivery generally in 3 business days.*
  • Canada Ground
    For low-priority and low-cost delivery, ground solutions are generally delivered within a week.

International Shipping

We ship all of our products out of Seattle, Washington, and have no distributors or retailers. We are happy to do business with the international community, and offer the following two shipping options to our customers around the world.
  • Global Express
    For high-priority shipments, we offer day-definite international delivery. This service usually provides delivery within 5 days to all major cities worldwide. Because all express shipments are trackable, this is the recommended method for international delivery.
  • Global Surface
    For worldwide shipments at minimal cost, we will ship orders via postal surface mail. Because these are passed to the local Post of the destination country, there is no way to track these packages or obtain proof of delivery. DataPro holds no responsibility for surface packages that do not arrive, which is why this method is not recommended.
Please note that shipment may be delayed by extra scrutiny and credit checks by DataPro due to high rates of fraud on orders originating from, or shipping to, any of the below list regions or countries:

Shipping with Your Carrier or Account

We are happy to ship your orders billed to your account, or with a carrier of your choosing. Accounts with any of the following companies are accepted:
  • DHL / Airborne Express
  • Federal Express / FedEx Ground
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • FleetFoot
  • Purolator
  • Emery

When providing a billing account for your shipment, please make sure to include the billing ZIP code for the account. We experience many rejections, especially from UPS, because of incorrect ZIP codes, and this will delay your shipment and may incur extra charges.

Some shippers, including Purolator and Emery, require additional time to process and may suffer delays.


Special Options


  • Signature Required
    By default, we ship your package with a signature required. If you need a package to be left without signature, you can select the "signature NOT required" option. Note that we are not responsible for any lost packages!
  • Residential / Commercial Delivery
    Our carriers require a small additional fee to deliver to residential addresses. Please select the appropriate method for your destination address.
