Do you have international distributors or resellers?
|
We do not use any resellers or distributors. All of our products ship directly from our warehouse in Seattle, Washington, and are
unavailable elsewhere. We are happy to ship internationally, and offer very reasonable
transport costs. See our International
Shipping methods for more information.

Can I use a purchase order?
If you have purchased from us before and are on established Net 30 terms, we will gladly accept a purchase order.
First time customers will need to submit a Credit Application, to be approved by our accounting department. All first-time orders must be prepaid, and future orders can be placed via Purchase Order (on approved credit).
We offer 'Net 30 Day' payment terms, subject to
approval of credit application. Special terms may be considered
on a case-by-case basis, at our option.
Further details are available on our Purchasing Info page.

Do you offer reseller accounts and pricing?
Reseller accounts: We are happy to create an account for you in our system, which can be used to track order history, reference purchase orders, and improve customer service efficiency. All companies with credit terms are automatically set up with an account in our system, but many prepaid customers enjoy the benefits as well.
Reseller pricing: Price discounts are based soley on quantities ordered. Being a reseller or having credit terms does not entitle you to a lower price, only volume purchasing does.
Further details are available on our Purchasing Info page.

When will my cables ship?
If you are ordering non-custom products that are in stock, we will ship them the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific Time may or may not be shipped until the following day.
Most custom orders are filled in 1 to 3 days, depending on size and complexity.
If the products you need are backordered, we are generally able to fill your order in less than one week. Occasionally, there may be further delays.
If your shipment is delayed or backordered for any reason, our staff will contact you to alert you to the situation.
When your package is scanned for shipment, an email
confirmation, with tracking number, is automatically sent to the address on the order.
|
|
|
Why didn't I receive a confirmation/tracking email?
|
For your convenience, we automatically email confirmations for online orders when they are
received by our system, and tracking numbers for packages as they are shipped. Because
these emails are automatically generated, if you use a spam filter that requires human
authentication you will not receive any notifications.

Are your cables RoHS compliant?
Many of our cables are compliant with the Reduction of Hazardous Substances directive,
and any product lines that are not yet fully
RoHS are being restocked with compliant ones (as the restock cycle allows).
If a cable is certified to be RoHS, this compliance logo will appear on the
product webpage:
If you have any questions about specific
products, we would be happy to confirm whether they are or are not yet
fully RoHS compliant.

Which DVI cable do I need?
- If one or both connections are DVI-D, you need a DVI-D cable.
- If one or both connections are DVI-A, you need a DVI-A cable.
- If one connection is DVI and the other is VGA, and the DVI is analog-compatible, you need a DVI to VGA cable.
- If both connections are DVI-I, you may use any DVI cable, but a DVI-I cable is recommended.
- If one connection is analog and the other connection is digital, there is no way to connect them (regardless of
connector type).
For more information, please see our Complete Guide to DVI.

What connectors are included on your faceplates?
|
For versatility, all of our faceplates are packaged as bare plates only. They are designed to be used with our panel-mount cables, although we can also provide pass-through couplers when necessary.
Every connection on a cable run reduces signal strength and allows noise, so for quality and integrity, it is best to minimize the number of connections. For that reason, we strongly recommend the use of panel-mount cables over pass-throughs.
For more information, please see our Face Plate Guide.

|
|
Do you have technical drawings of your panel-mount cables?
|
We have schematics with all dimensions necessary for cutting and installing panel-mount cables, which can be provided to customers integrating our cables into larger products. These are available to our customers upon request.
