Online Ordering

Orders can be placed through our website by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to any product listing, and proceeding through the checkout process. Orders placed through our website benefit from expedited processing!

Website Accounts

Creating an account will streamline your ordering process, allow you to view order history, and download technical drawings and 3D models. To make an account just visit this page. For more information about accounts, click here.

Purchase Orders

To place an order directly with DataPro via PO, just email our Sales department, or send us a fax at 206-782-5412. Government agencies, accredited universities, medical facilities, and public schools may be automatically granted Net 30 terms upon application. Corporations and individuals can apply for Net 30 terms by submitting a Credit Application (interactive PDF).

Net Terms & Corporate Accounts

Corporations and individuals may apply for Net 30 terms by submitting a Credit Application. The first order placed on the account must be prepaid - see payment methods below.

Government agencies, publicly traded companies, accredited educational institutions, and public schools are typically granted immediate Net 30 terms upon submission of a completed application.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and any government purchase card bearing the logo of one of these.

PayPal: To check out with your PayPal account, just click the "PayPal" button in your shopping cart.

SEPA: We are happy to accept Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) transfers. Just contact our Sales department for account information and instructions.

Wire Transfers: To make a payment by wire transfer, please contact our Sales department for routing information and instructions.

Sales Tax & Tax Exemption

Washington State customers are charged sales tax. If you wish to make a tax-exempt purchase, please contact our Sales department.

UK Order Minimums & Taxes

As of 2021 the UK requires taxes on imports valued at under £135 to be collected at the point of sale. For this reason DataPro requires a minimum order value of $200 for all UK orders.

UK customers with a VAT number are exempt from minimum order sizes. If you have a VAT number you would like to use, please contact us.

Quotes and Volume Pricing

Volume pricing is available for bulk orders of cables, wall plates, and custom parts - just email us to request a quote.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are generated.

Will Call Pickup

Orders can be picked up in-person at our Will Call desk from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.

Shipping Info

DataPro ships via FedEx by the following methods:


  • Priority Overnight
    Delivered by 10:30 AM on the first business day after shipment.
  • Standard Overnight
    Delivered by 3:00 PM (4:30 to residences and rural areas) on the first business day after shipment.
  • 2nd Day Air
    Delivered by 4:30 PM (7:00 to residences) on the second business day after shipment.
  • 3rd Day Air
    Delivered by 4:30 PM (7:00 to residences) on the third business day after shipment.
  • Ground
    Delivered 1-5 business days after shipment, dependent on recipient location.
  • Ground Economy (formerly SmartPost)
    Shipped via FedEx and delivered by USPS in 2-7 business days, dependent on recipient location.

  • International Priority
    Delivered within 1-3 business days after shipment, dependent on recipient location.
  • International Economy
    Delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment, dependent on recipient location.
When shipping internationally, customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes (including VAT), duties, and brokerage fees. These are typically billed to the recipient by the carrier.

Shipping With Your Carrier Account

We are happy to ship orders on your account, using the carrier of your choice. Accounts with any of the following companies are accepted:
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Local same-day couriers (within Washington State)
When providing a billing account for your shipment, please make sure to include the billing ZIP code for the account. When shipping on your account, DataPro will not add any shipping insurance unless you specifically request it. DataPro is not responsible for damage to uninsured shipments. Please note that we are unable to provide tracking information for shipments sent via some carriers.

Signature Requirement

By default, we ship your package with a signature required upon delivery. If you need a package to be left without signature, you can select the "signature NOT required" option. Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for packages once they are declared "Delivered" by the carrier.

Residential/Commercial Delivery

FedEx charges a small additional fee for delivery to residential addresses. Residential delivery is also typically delivered later in the day. Please select the appropriate method for your destination address.

Additional Screening

Please note that orders shipping to some regions may undergo additional screening, potentially causing a small shipping delay. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us in advance of placing your order. These areas are as follows:
