DataPro's Coronavirus Update

We recognize that these are difficult times, and we want to assure you that we are taking the COVID-19 situation seriously and doing everything we can to minimize any impact to our employees, customers and communities. We have been monitoring and closely adhering to all guidelines from the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and our local government and health departments.

While there is still uncertainty about what the future may bring, we are currently conducting normal operations. We are committed continuing to provide you with high quality cables, interface panels and interconnectivity solutions with the same reliability, fast shipping and excellent customer service that you have come to expect from DataPro.

  • We are still accepting, processing and shipping orders as usual. As always, we offer same-day shipping for in-stock items if your order is placed by 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday. Our customer service telephone hours are currently 7:00AM through 5:00PM.
  • We have been identified as a critical manufacturer and will remain open. We meet both Washington State and Federal criteria for an essential business, as we are a critical part of supply chains for medical goods such as ventilators and ambulances. We are also supporting employees working from home with both hardware and informational assets.
  • Our material supply network has not been affected at this time. We are continuing to closely monitor this every day for any possible disruptions, and will take mitigating actions as necessary.
  • Will Call is once again open during our regular business hours.
  • Based on the information that we have at this time, we do not anticipate any impact to our ability to produce and deliver products as usual.
  • We have implemented an internal response plan to keep our facilities and staff safe and healthy, in accordance will all official guidelines.
  • Should any of this information change, we will reach out to impacted customers and provide updates on our website.
