The DVX-100 is a powered DVI signal booster unit that runs inline with the wiring. It can
read a source signal from up to 12 meters away, and output to a destination up to
12 meters in the other direction. The DVI repeater processor utilizes PanelLink technology
to return the sharpest and highest fidelity signal possible. Cleaning and amplifying the DVI signal does require
external power, and a DC 9V adaptor is included.
This inline signal booster is perfect for digital DVI runs beyond the standard
desktop computer-to-monitor scenario. Oftentimes in classrooms, presentation environments,
boardrooms, and the like, high-definition digital displays are more than 16 feet from
the source outputs. Now, with this palm-sized DVI booster, you can power a full-resolution
dual-link DVI monitor nearly eighty feet from the source.
