The UF-100 USB & FireWire card will allow a Windows 98 (or newer) PC or a Apple Macintosh (OS X 10.1 or newer) with a PCI bus to connect USB 2.0 and FireWire IEEE 1394 devices.

Simply insert the card into an empty PCI slot on the motherboard and plug a USB or FireWire cable from the device into an appropriate port on the card. This card features two high-speed USB 2.0 ports, as well as two external and one internal 1394 FireWire iLink ports.

This card is backwards compatible, enabling it to control both USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 compatible devices connected to your system. It is only compatible with FireWire 400 speeds, although it may function with some backwards-compatible FireWire 800 devices.
