KVM Cable: VGA and USB

DataPro's USB/VGA KVM Switch Cable connects a computer to a KVM switch without the hassle of separate keyboard, video, and mouse cables. It's an all-in-one cable for simplicity and efficiency, whatever the environment.

Of course, you don't have to use this cable for a KVM switch, that's up to you. It's a combined USB cable and VGA cable, so anywhere that you currently have (or need) a VGA cable and a USB cable next to each other, this cable will do the trick.

There is one USB connector and one SVGA connector on each end of the cable, which are molded into a single cable for the extent of the wire. The USB connectors are A-type on the computer end and B-type on the KVM end; the VGA connectors are male on the computer end and female on the KVM end.

The VGA is made of 75 Ohm mini-coax video wire, a low-loss triple-shielded wire that provides the best quality signal. Smaller, cheaper VGA cables are built with stranded copper wire, which reduces the diameter and the cost but is susceptible to noise and signal degredation.

These cables are not available in custom configurations.
