Every component video cable we carry is individually
hand-crafted by our expert staff to meet our precise
guidlines for preventing noise interference and optimizing
conductor contact for the best possible image.
The gold-contact RCA connectors and high-grade coaxial
wire guarantee optimal picture fidelity, even in HDTV.
These cables are designed for component video signals, which
use a distributed Luma/ChromaR/ChromaB signal, denoted Y/Cb/Cr.
If you wish to convert the component to a VGA-compatible Red/Green/Blue
signal, you will need a component to VGA
convertor.
For more information about component video,
and how to make sure you're getting the best signal,
see our article on
Component Video: Standard versus High-Definition.
We also carry a triple RCA cable for
composite video and dual-channel audio,
which uses different wire than the component video cable.
