The UH2-147 is a Universal Serial Bus 2.0 hub, which allows multiple devices to converge outside of a computer and connect to the computer through a single, unified stream.

UH2-147 provides one upstream port and seven downstream ports to the user, which is a heck of a lot of USB ports. You can use it to build a network of external hard drives, or to create a super-sized rock band of plastic video game instruments, or to play a multiplayer game with a half-dozen gamepad controllers. Or if you've got a laptop with only a few USB ports, you can use this hub on your desk for keyboard, mouse, printer, and everything else you might want, all with one convenient plug into your computer.

UH2-147 can operate either self-powered (with the external power brick) or bus-powered.
