DataPro's dual-mounting A-to-B USB 3.0 cable is designed to bridge a connection between two USB devices that are separated by a physical barrier. With a panelmount female jack on each end, this cable will mount inside a wall or bulkhead to provide easy access to both host and device.

This particular model is designed to emulate the physical host and device ports on each end, by providing a female USB-B jack for the host to plug into and a female USB-A jack for the device to plug into. As such, common USB A-B cables will fill in the rest.

The 'A' panelmount end features a standard USB A female, including the 4-pin 2.0 connection as well as the 5 SuperSpeed pins for USB 3.0. The 'B' panelmount end features the larger USB 3.0 jack, which is physically compatible with smaller USB 2.0 'B' cables.
