Thank you for your interest in our custom Front Panels. To begin the quoting process, we'll need to gather some information about the panel or panels you'd like to create. Lead time for Front Panels is typically 5-7 days, plus additional time for complex panels, large batches, and some finishing options. Final quoted prices will include programming, setup, and milling time. Please contact our Sales department with any questions.
Exterior Corner Treatment: The four corners of your panel are square by default, but can be clipped or rounded at no additional cost. If rounding, please provide the the radius. If clipping, please provide the chamfer distance.
Edge Treatment: Outside edges of the panel can be finished in one of three styles: squared, 45-degree chamfer, or rounded bevel.
Cutouts:
The following cutouts are considered standard, and can be added at a rate of $1.00 per cutout per panel. Cutouts not included on this list will incur a $10.00 setup fee, then $1.00 per cutout per panel after that.

*Not for use on metal panels. We recommend using CCK-PST with a Keystone cutout instead.

Drawing:
Drawing:
An initial drawing is required for the quoting process. Our engineers can create a drawing from your description for a $25.00 charge, plus $10.00 per customer revision. Alternatively, you are encouraged to submit your own drawing. We accept nearly any format, including images, CAD/CAM formats, vector drawings, and scanned napkin sketches. This initial drawing need not to be exact or to scale, but must include the following elements:
Width and height:
Basic size of the panel.
Size and location of mounting holes:
Diameter of hole, and location measured to the center of the hole.
Location and arrangement of cutouts:
Measurements are helpful but not necessary.
Usable area of panel (optional):
Indicates the area of the panel that can be used for cutouts. This will generally be within the perimeter of the mounting holes, and dictated by the size of the mounting box.
Dimensions, clearances, and locations of nonstandard cutouts (if applicable):
If your panel includes any cutouts that are not on our list, please include as much information about them as possible. We may also request a sample of the connector that will need to fit the cutout.
