cable with panel-mount connections
for home and office wiring.
These cables feature a panel-mount
PS2 connector on the female end
for use in bulkhead PS2 holes.
The connections are 6-pin Mini-Din
male (standard) and female (panelmount). The wiring
configuration is always straight-thru.
We also build this cable in any length you require.
With modern computer equipment, there should be no signal
loss out to 25 feet or so, and we have built this cable to
as long as 60 feet with no signal loss; however, this does
vary widely depending on a number of factors, especially
the quality of the computer and keyboard.
To connect the mounted PS2 port to a computer or switch, you'll
want to use a PS2 patch cable.
