USB & FireWire Wall Plate

DataPro's USB & FireWire Face Plate allows you to easily route one USB port and one FireWire port from a remote computer, camera, hard drive, or other USB/FireWire device.

This type of interface plate is perfect for editing labs, server cabinets, and distributed-work locations where portable storage access should be convenient. It's also great for video workstations and control booths that would utilize a video stream over FireWire in conjunction with a USB keyboard, shuttle, or nonlinear controller.

The cutouts on this plate are sized for one USB panel-mount connector and one IEEE-1394 FireWire panel-mount connector. The plate itself is a standard one-gang form factor for North American low-voltage boxes, the same as a light switch or outlet.

This plate does not include any attachments by default. For maximum flexibility, you will have the option to pair this plate with the couplers or cables of your choice when adding it to your order.
