USB & FireWire Wall Plate

The DataPro 7020F USB & 1394 Face Plate allows you to easily route one USB port and one FireWire port to or from any remote computer, camera, hard drive, or other IEEE-1394 compliant device.

The ports on this sturdy plastic plate are sized for one USB panel-mount connector and one IEEE-1394 FireWire panel-mount connector, as found on our USB mounting cables and FireWire mounting cables, respectively.

Please note that the plates do not include any connectors. High-throughput interfaces like USB and FireWire are extremely sensitive to noise and interference, and using couplers or pass-through connectors increases vulnerability. We stock panel-mount cables in various lengths to directly connect your hardware to the plates.
